Most recently a Senior Researcher at Stellar Elements (now Amdocs), Nikola’s work has spanned technology, finance, and emerging industries, where he’s helped brands inform product development, go-to-market strategies, and customer experiences.
Based in Austin, Texas, Nikola will play a key role in expanding Protocol Theory’s insights offering in North America. His expertise will help Web3 brands decode user behaviors, identify growth opportunities, and forge stronger connections with their audiences.
